An absolutely fantastic book for start-up entrepreneurs!

This is an absolutely fantastic book for any entrepreneur that wants to build their business on a solid foundation of expert business analysis. The authors have collected a series of tools that are considered the best in the world for deeply understanding your business, customers, and market and then using that information to create effective strategy. With 20 years as a business consultant, and being recognized as one of the top 50 small business experts in America, I can say with great confidence that the information presented in this book will allow an entrepreneur to dramatically increase their chances for success. Applying these ideas takes discipline and rigor, and most entrepreneurs will not invest the time and energy necessary to implement them, which is likely why more than 90% of new businesses fail within the first three years. It is written in a fun, approachable style with some great anecdotes and stories and lots of fantastic workshops and guides, but at the end of the day this is a book that describes extremely sophisticated business tools in a simple and easy to understand way. I give this book my highest possible recommendation for anyone who is going to start their own business.

The many charts and diagrams for evaluating progress are excellent. After reading this thorough and in depth book it would be difficult to imagine starting a new business without its guidance.

Get Launched is an absolute great and totally easy to use tool and guide to bring a simple business idea through a structured way into a business plan.
The 7 Key Model guides you from the definition of your target customer group, to the definition of your products and services, via the definition of the needed resources, the market entry and development, the analyses of your competitors, the description and self-analysis of you as the entrepreneur, as well as all needed financial question you have to answer. after you answered all financial questions and after you entered alal figures, the tool provides you automatically with all relevant financial reports and statements you need.
Everything is then automatically printed as a business plan and still can be formatted including adding pictures etc. Absolutely great.
As you are guided throughout the whole process, you cannot forget anything which is important for a professional business plan.
I have never created a business plan faster and easier before!! Amazing :-)
