Anita Krohn Traaseth (42) is the recently appointed CEO of Innovation Norway, the Norwegian Government's most important instrument for innovation and development of Norwegian enterprises and industry. She is a former Managing Director of Hewlett-Packard Norway, mother-of-three, and lives in Oslo.

Good read, recommended for all aspiring leaders of any kind.

Great book, easy to read, good reflections and an extraordinary woman. Looses one star for all the formatting errors and the unsupported Table of Content.
I will remember the chapters about social companies, the reflections about relationships and the 13%.

There need to be more people like Anita, in the business world. Real, raw, vulnerable, fearless and different thinking, she nicely captures the essence of being human while conducting business. I gave this book to several of my managers as a Christmas gift.

A Must-Read for Perfectionists!

I loved this book. It has helped me get rid of a lot of perfectionist tendencies that were often blocking me or making life more difficult than it has to be. This book is helpful for all modern professionals, and especially those with families.
